It went very well. We actually barbecued it, keeping the temperature down, and the lid down as much as possible (I liked looking, so the barbecue lid was up way to much). We actually, left it rare, cut off what we needed for everybody to have some, and kept it cooking until we were ready for more. It was very tender, and juicy. Not bad for my first ever Prime rib, barbecued at that!

I am still having my share of problems with my back. Ruptured disks are not all that cool. Problems are all going down my right leg.

Kim has been sick with Bronchitis (Or Viral pneumonia, not sure which). My week has been spent taking care of here. It is however, worth the efforts. She takes such good care of me.

    How was Monterrey?

I think thats great what your doing with your kids at school. In a similar story i have been teaching my teenage foster kids about calories and fats and carbs so they can hopefully do a little better when they are out on their own. Keep up the good work Fred.
