Jill's Challenge

I've struggled with my weight on and off as long as I can remember. My father passed away August 2008 after months in the hospital. I ended up gaining about 30 lbs at that time. Now that I'm over 40 and have 2 young children to chase around it seems that loosing the weight has become more difficult. I need to find a way to fit exercise into my day and make eating healthier a basic part of my life.

My Goals:
To stop drinking soda. Drink more water. Exercise regularly. Quit buying huge cookies.

My Program:
I am doing 40 min of cardio 6 days a week and some weights 3 days a week. I am recording my calories every day (even if I eat more calories than I should.)

Personal Information:
I am a 39 yr old SAHM to two beautiful girls, age 2 and 5. I worked in MIS until 1999. I just moved from Arizona (where I was born and spent most of my life) to Washington state.

Other Information:
My hobbies are quilting, reading, and computer games.
