My Goals:
my goal is to get down to 185 lbs and to have a better body

My Program:
I exercise every day
1 hour of aerobics on the eliptical machine
10 min of stretching
10 min of strength training using Dynamic Tension from charles atlas
drinking plenty of water and eating right

Today I started out with a good breakfast of cereal with fruit and peanut butter bread. I had a nutritious lunch of chicken noodle soup. I then lost it by having two candy bars. My dinner is beef stroganoff and milk. I should be able to stay under my limit of calories for the day.
