I've done it again. Fallen back off the track and I'm struggling to get back up.
As of today 3/19/2014 I weigh 349.6 so roughly 350...
My ultimate goal would be to weigh half of what I weigh today so 175...

I'm from a small town in WNC. I'm a 27 year old college graduate and a manager at a restaurant in Myrtle Beach. I live an hour away from my job with my boyfriend who is a cop. I'm just trying to get my life in the direction I want it to go. So I can be happier and healthier and an improved quality of life.

Welcome to 100 Plus Club! You’ll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we’ll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
