Getting It Together

As of June 2, 2015 I weighed 376.8 the highest I have ever weighed. I've been at this weight loss thing off and on. Dropping some weight, gaining even more. So here I am starting again. Even farther from my goals than I have been before but this time is going to be different. My goal is to drop about 200 pounds, gain strength and endurance. Most importantly though it is to treat my body better than I have. No more treating it like a garbage disposal. No more eating copious amounts of junk food. ...
As of June 2, 2015 I weighed 376.8 the highest I have ever weighed. I've been at this weight loss thing off and on. Dropping some weight, gaining even more. So here I am starting again. Even farther from my goals than I have been before but this time is going to be different. My goal is to drop about 200 pounds, gain strength and endurance. Most importantly though it is to treat my body better than I have. No more treating it like a garbage disposal. No more eating copious amounts of junk food. I struggle pretty hardcore with binge eating disorder and huge trigger for me is carbs, so currently I am eating ketogenically which at the moment seems to treat my body well. We'll readjust as we go to see whether goals or dietary plans need to adjust. Here goes nothing and everything all at once.

I'm from a small town in WNC. I'm a 27 year old college graduate and a manager at a restaurant in Myrtle Beach. I live an hour away from my job with my boyfriend who is a cop. I'm just trying to get my life in the direction I want it to go. So I can be happier and healthier and an improved quality of life.
