To be Happy and Healthy by losing so excess weight. I want to go from 220lbs to 170lbs by my birthday in July...I know I can do, I just need help and motivation!
I am keeping track of what I eat...I am limiting myself to 1200-1550 calories a day and fighting the urge to eat crap and sweets. I am doing at least 30mins of cardio a day and some weight training. And most of all I have my family motivating me to be health and happy!!
I am a 28 yr old mother of 2 boys who are my life and a wife to a loving husband. I work 2 jobs to keep me motivated to be the best; I work as a Rehab Manager at a great hospital and on the weekends I work PRN in the ER...I aspire to be a RN in the next few years but before I can help anyone else I have get myself happy and healthy first. I would love to be more active with the outdoors but since it is cold right now I have no motivation.

Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. That has made a world of difference for me. I hope you have the same success!
