Those pullovers that you have to do instead of the lat pulldowns are HARD! I used to have to do those and the bent-over barbell rows instead of seated rows before. I'm not sure on those pullovers that I ever got higher than 25 lbs.
I don't have a squat rack, so I can't do barbell squats. :( I'd love to, but the highest weight I can curl up to my shoulders is about 35-40 lbs, and that's not enough weight for squatting to make it actually do something. I do wish I had a rack!!
I'm starting over from the beginning. I've never made it out of Stage 1 before. Last year when I started, I decided to stop because I was worried about the stall on the scale. This summer, health problems got in the way. Now that I figured out the health stuff and want to change focus AWAY from the scale, I'm determined to do this whole thing from the beginning and get to the end this time! I'll be starting Friday because I want to do a starting weigh-in/measuring/picture taking on Thursday morning when my husband is home from work.
