Sparkin' On

Thank you for coming to my page! I have been on Sparkpeople for roughly 8 years, give or take. 2015 was spent recovering from major foot surgery that I put off for 3 years after a running injury left me with a torn tendon. I am working on controlling my calories and also learning how to walk again! But I'm excited for what 2016 holds for me when I'm completely recovered.

Yeah - the eggs can be time consuming but recently I saw where you can make little omelets in a cupcake pan in one batch when you have the time and freeze them individually and then microwave quickly in the morning - maybe that would work

Thank you for the prescriptive. That's nice to know I can at least find comfort in the shower. Good to know. The epidural is actually what scares me the most. My mom has permanent nerve damage from getting one 33 yrs ago. Gonna see what I can do.

I have talked to a lot of ppl this week who have had pressure headaches or migraines Must be the front coming in, I have no idea. All I know is I hope it bursts and goes away. I am finally feeling better today! How are you feeling?

I love that you wanna make him something! I would much rather a homemade gift than a something that cost 100 bucks. So much more personal and one of a kind just for him!
