With two small children to chase after and a house to look after I would think you are getting lots of exercise. That being said: the reduced calorie intake should make a difference. Hang in there
Thank you for the excellent tip for giving meds to my cat. I am really reluctant to have to "man handle" her as she is trustful of me now and that took a long time to establish. She lived in the back bedroom for 5 months under the bed and only came out at night to eat and drink. I am the only person she will come to and she WILL NOT allow me to pick her up. I have tried the Tuna..no dice, hence tuna sandwiches for lunch. Tried the salmon..no dice..so salmon casserole for dinner.
Won't touch the pill pockets. Vet. suggested a special brand of cat food to hide crushed tablet in. Have bought 2 tins and that is my plan for today. If that fails we will have to grab her when she is napping and do it the hard way. Karumba!! I hope the Vet's suggestion works.
Yes! yes! Exercise is my big stumbling block. I am not fond of doing exercise so I REALLY have to push myself each day. I try to do leg and arm exercises when I am sitting and any movement that burns a few calories has got to help. Keep at it girl, you are doing great.
