Overcoming the Quarterlife Crisis

I've always had an up and down relationship with my body. Since losing 50 pounds in college, my weight and fitness has been up and down since that time. I really want to accomplish some goals (half-marathon) and maintain my fitness for longer than 6 months (for life). Looking forward to meeting people and supporting each other!
