It's so nice to hear from you, it's been ages. Glad to hear you're back with a positive attitude for the new year. I know what you mean about drinking too much over the holiday. I'm actually 2lbs heavier than my ticker says at the minute, I'll give it a week of normality then change it if I have too. The weather is pretty bad here for training too. I've done no cycling for almost 3 weeks, missing it so much. I've mainly just been walking and occasionally running in the snow. I'm trying to get a place to do a half marathon in September, so I guess that's motivating me at the minute. I've stopped tracking food now as I'm close enough to my goal and need to try and focus on maintaining my weight.
