My Goals:
I would like to get to my goal weight. I would love for it to not be such a struggle. I want to learn from the other ladies what works.

My Program:
 I work out very regularly since it's my job and I love working out! Eating is the harder struggle by far for me. I want to eat reasonably, healthily, and with good boundaries.

Personal Information:
I married by high school sweetheart in 1976. I have 3 grown married daughters and 7 grandchildren.

Your grand children are so adorable.
Thank you for posting on my Spark page.
I have to agree with you. Maintenance is much harder than losing the weight.
Congratulations on reaching your goal weight. That's wonderful!!!

If we want something really bad (like maintain our weight loss), I guess we will put the effort and time it takes to do it.
How long are you on maintenance already?

Hi Deb!
thanks for writing on my Sparkpage.

Stephen is in Iraq for the 2nd time. He gets out of there in December and is due to get out of the Army in May 2010. He is talking about reinlisting due to the poor economy. Many of our military are doing that.

I hope all is well with you and your family.
