How in the heck are you managing to "not eat" at times?! Yeah, that'd be a first for me too!
Toddylicious? LOL That's a nickname for a good friend of mine, and when I visit him for an evening, I always end up eating junk food, or worse, really overeating.
That said, this visit wasn't so bad, I even brought controlled-portion snacks, so that it wouldn't get out of hand. It could have been a lot better food-wise, but at least it wasn't a complete disaster like previous times. 2779 days ago
We all need the occasional "chocolate day", and I know DDavies would agree with me on that one.
The trick is to not dwell over it, and get back on track the next day.
I've also found that my chocolate cravings are usually an indication that I'm missing something else, like caffeine (oooh!!! really bad!!!) or carbs (like quick-burning sugar, or slower-burning whole-wheat products). And true to form, it usually takes me 3-5 days to figure out WHAT I was missing, and then to get back on track.
I wonder if running a nutritional report would help you figure out why you just couldn't do without chocolate yesterday.
Hang in there.... it does get better, and we both know it.
