In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 1 Thess 5:18

I had my 1st son in Nov '07. My prepregnancy weight was 245 and I topped the scales at 280 on the day I had him. Through 2008, I lost 40 lbs with Sparkpeople. I sat on a plateau for most of 2009. I lost another 40 lbs before becoming pregnant again in 2010. Now that 2011 is here and with no more pregnancies in my future, it's time to get serious about this. No more interruptions or set backs :)

My Goals:
To find that healthy life I've had in my grasp so many times in the past. So, I felt it and dropped it once or twice. Nows the time to grab it and never let it go. No turning back!

My Program:
I am shooting for at least 30 min of cardio everyday. This is my aim. That way, if I fall under my goal, I'm still working out most days of the week. If I only shoot for 3 days of cardio and fall under my goal, I'm left with only 2 days. See what I mean? :) It's all in the mindset! I'm also restricting my calories to 1800 per day and seriously trying to limit my sodium, which is way hard!

Personal Information:
I'm 29, and staring 30 right in the face. It would be nice to jump into my 30s healthier than I was in my 20s. I have two beautiful children who are blessings from God and who keep me on my toes everyday. Can't wait til spring so we can go for lots of walks :)

Happy Mother's Day and many sparks your way. Although by the looks of things you have some major sparks moving in your direction. Congrats on the 5K and many smiles hearing the news.

Keep up the great work and spark on my friend, spark on!
