Always Reaching

After a lifetime of being overweight, I started making lifestyle changes in January 2008. (Like many others, I was initially motivated after seeing god-awful pictures of myself in a friend's wedding.) In the beginning, my focus was on losing weight. My journey continues to evolve, though, & now is more focused on developing good habits that will contribute to my overall health & well-being for a long while to come. All that while overcoming the demons & bad habits that keep cropping up.
