My Goals:
GOAL is to lose 2 pounds a week

My Program:
Swimming now that my pool is finished.
As of today,
Winter months, pool is too cold, so I'm biking on a trike and walking some.
Eat: forty days
two 3.5 servings of protein,
two servings v3.5 ounces of vegetables
two servings of fruit
one at breakfast,one at lunch,
Drink 5 cups of tea
2 liters of water, and no more than 2 glasses of wine
then slowly add in whole wheat pastas after things start to change.
Vitamin:B complex, multi vitamin,calcium, mag
No extra fat than what is in the meat, no extra sugar, such as cookies, since I'm having a teaspoon of sugar with the tea

Born in PA. Lived in Harrisburg,Pa , Salisbury Md. and a majority of child hood in Long Island NY. Transplant to TX. for school, got married, Had one kid... Adopted one kid from Russia. Moved to Pittsburg for 2 of the best years of my life. Had 3rd precious sweet kid... then moved back to Hot Texas. Been here 7 long lonely years.

Thank you for the new walking shoes! I actually do need some that don't hurt my neuroma so I wear sandals constantly even to workout, Winter will be a challenge. Ideally, I could wear socks with my sandals but that would get looks. LOL

The BLC is for 12 weeks at a clip. It is closed now till after the next 11 weeks.All you have to do is sign up and commet to the 12 weeks. If you check my passed blogs you can get a idea of what is expected. If you sign up you will be assigned to a team , They give you daily and weekend challenges to do. This is my first time doing the BLC, it's hard but I love it.I will send a message when the new sign up is taking place

I don't know the "official" info for other grains pertaining to gluten. Since so many grains and grasses cause cross-reactivity if you're wheat-sensitive, I usually recommend just avoiding all of them. Clear them from your system, and then add very small amounts of one type at a time and see what your body tells you.

I know you can't trust most things that claim to be gluten-free. I don't use any products like that. I just look for alternatives. I use coconut wraps for sandwiches and roll-ups, and keep away from most any processed foods. You can't really identify all the various names they use in the ingredient lists which may still be wheat, or wheat by=products, or contaminated with wheat in the processing facilities... you name it. Just try to avoid any of that.
Real food is healthy food. BigAg is fighting us by trying to sell us on that "healthy grains" thing... but there really aren't any truly healthy grains. Especially whole grains! the dangerous and inflammatory portions of the kernel is in the hull! the bran layer! the part they're marketing as the most healthy! It's truly insane.

Do your own elimination diet. You will find out what your body can/can't or will/won't tolerate. Listen and learn!

Thanks for the visit to my blog. I am still amazed at that job offer...we'll see how things pan out.

I have known Marla for some 15 fact, before she had the website and everything. I don't really call myself a Flybaby, though, because I am more of a SHE (Pam and Peggy's gang)! But I've learned a lot from ALL of them. I hate to think of how disorganized I'd be if I hadn't!
