I am doing the 5% Spring Challenge this year. I have already started increasing my activity and am walking at least 20 minutes 3 times a week. My goal is to walk 20 minutes days a week and ST 15 minutes 3 days a week I am working out at Planet Fitness too. I am doing the Spark Diet. I managed to lose 17 pounds during the winter challenge so I'm really looking forward to this Spring Challenge!

I'm a Registered Nurse living in SE Michigan (GO Tigers, Redwings, Spartans!) And I knit...a lot! I am happily married for 6 years now and I have a beautiful 5 YO daughter who is one of my reasons for getting healthy and staying healthy!
Hi, lady! How is your Spring Challenge going? I miss my Cloverleafs, but I decided to do a less hectic pace with Casual Travellers. It was a good thing I did, because I have had two family members in the hospital over the past month and so my usual walking and sparking time are much different.
