March Madness

March of this year was a hard month for me. I turned 30 and I tipped the scale at 201 lbs.

I knew that turning 30 wouldn't be easy for me, but turning 30 and weighing 201 lbs made it extra hard to swallow.

I've been trying to figure out how I got here, and how I can get OUT of here. This is my journey.

Hello,
I just wanted to encourage you today. I was reading your page and we have a lot in common. You know, that "201" reading on the scale was my same experience. I had never been over 200 before and seeing it made me really sick of myself. But, you are doing great and you will reach your goal! It is just a matter of time and time passes. I have been losing mine very slowly, from 201 in Oct to 175 in July. I have been on Spark since April. I just walk and do the recommended strength exercises at home. I see your ticker is set to 166, I am dying to get in the 160's! Let's encourage one another and keep each other motivated. I hope you have a great rest of the week and I look forward to chatting with you. Be blessed !
