My Goals:
I want to be able to keep up with my kids. I want to make a habit of drinking water instead of sugary stuff. My goal weight for now is 240 lbs. by December 2012. I'm not going to stress if it takes longer than that!

My Program:
Keep it simple!
Track my food and eat less. (Around 1800 calories a day.)
Move more. (Aiming for some activity every day, ideally 30 minutes.)
If I slip up, I am NOT going to beat myself up.

Personal Information:
I'm from Louisiana, and I have three kids. I am a scrapbooker and I love music. I also have Polycystic Ovarian Disease.

Thanks so much for taking the time to comment on my blog. You know...out of the 225 or so comments that I've received so far, yours stood out so much. I thought, "Now THIS girl is going to be a kindred spirit!" I also HATED running!!! I'd comment on my friends' statuses about runs and tell them that "running is just disgusting". I still can't believe I'm doing this.

And you will do it too! I am so excited to go on this crazy journey with you!!!!
