A Joyful Life!

I'm a stay at home Mom right now and enjoying the flexibility it gives me for my family! Making goals to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle so I can continue to enjoy my family for years to come. Since our last baby arrived nearly 2 years ago, I've gained nearly 15 lbs. I miss my old size and energy level!

A fruit plate with yogurt dip sounds awesome!! Hopefully Ridley's has some good fruit on sale when I go on Friday.

Thanks for your comment. The program I am on will last until June 15 and then I will move into maintaining. After 3 weeks of maintaining I'll be able to start losing again using my old methods.
