Thank you so much for the comment on my blog! I'm quickly learning that losing weight for a 2nd (or 3rd or 4th...) time is sometimes more difficult than losing weight the first time!!

Thanks for such a wonderful comment on my Day 1 of 100 blog.

Linda Spangle is a motivational speaker & author of several books on dieting. I discovered this group through a spark friend of mine. I purchased the eBook, skimmed through it and decided it was for me.

Today is Day 2 for me. I'm committing to follow through with this - no matter what gets in the way!!!!
