Linda Spangle is a motivational speaker & author of several books on dieting. I discovered this group through a spark friend of mine. I purchased the eBook, skimmed through it and decided it was for me.

Your idea of a variety of low cal snacks is brilliant. I often have a hankerin' for something sweet, or salty... or even savory sometimes. I should figure out lower cal versions of each.... my only worry is that I may overindulge in my low-cal snacks... after all, three or four of those tasty buggers will no longer be considered low-cal lol
