Maintaining after a big weightloss

I was close to 200 lbs. and finally lost it this spring. I am now at a healthy weight, and would like to maintain it. I am here to learn just how many calories I can eat to stay at this weight. That is a tricky job, too.

I, also want to have a place to log my exercise in with people, so I never give it up. I have health issues, and working out has helped me drop how many medications I take, and has given me much more energy than I could every imagine.

My Goals:
To lose to 115 to have a cushion to go from 115 to 120. It seems that this plan can let me get through the weekend without any guilt.

My Program:
I eat about 1100 calories. I'll be able to maintain at around tops 1500.

Personal Information:
I'm from CT, a rural part.

Other Information:
I understand how it feels to be really heavy, and like to inspire people to meet their goals. I know how much it changes one's life. I, too, will need support for the rest of my life. I find that staying active on SP and going to the gym will help this a lot.
