My Goals:
I've put on some weight and need to take it back off.
I'm walking on the trail near my house 3-4 days/week.

My Program:
My weight has gradually crept up, and my clothes are not fitting. So I'm using the nutrition tracker to keep track of my calories.
I've started exercising too!

Other Information:
I like to cook (for other people!). I also sew - mostly costumes, some home dec.

Hello and Welcome Back to SparkPeople!

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!

Thank you for the comment on my blog. Somedays, it doesn't seem like I'm doing that great, but I must be doing something right - the numbers on the scale are getting smaller, instead of bigger! emoticon
