A New Beginning
Today is the first day of my new life. I am gonna take control and get my life back. If I fall down, I will get back up. I will encourage others and let them encourage me. I choose not to let others make me feel bad about myself anymore!

My Goals:
Today is my re-start. It is September 26, 2011. I need to lose 169 pounds to reach my goal of 130 but I would be happy if I reach 140 losing 159 pounds. I will be encouraged if I lose anything though.
My Program:
I am using the Just Dance game for the Wii and the Just Dance 2...Also the EA Sports active strength training program. If I can keep it fun maybe I will be able to ignore the pain LOL. Always keeping it fun!
Personal Information:
I am 52 years old. I have been married for over 25 years to a wonderful supportive man. I have a daughter who is 31 and son who is 21 and 2 granddaughters who are 11 and 4. I have a wonderful son -in-law too.
Other Information:
My favorite scripture is: Romans 8:38,39 which reads...For I am convinced that neiher death nor life nor angels nor governments nor things now here nor things to come nor powers nor height nor depth nor any other creation will be able to separate us from God's love that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
