Staying healthy every day

So fired up about the boot camp challenge. It sounds like just what I need-I am on a journey to quit smoking (don't be impressed-this is like the 15th time) but I think this program can give me little goals I can reach, and when I am at my healthiest-cigarettes are the furthest from my mind..So with that in mind -here is to a healthy New Year.

My Goals:
I plan on plowing trhough this boot camp and at the end of January signing up for my first 5K.

My Program:
Need to workout first thing in the morning, so I will do that and walk my dog-taking it one day at a time and logging my progress really helps.
