Im laughing my shrinking buns all the way to the scale after I tell people I lose weight by eating cakes, pies, muffins, fettucine alfredo and other "forbidden foods" This is usually after I have been advised the only way to the magic land of the Buff Kingdom is to drink 10 gallons of water a day and feast on water marinated celery sticks after you have run 100 miles. My way is less painful, more fun and its working.

My Goals:
To get so amazingly ripped, devastatingly gorgeous, awesomely healthy, rock hard and glowing with health and help out of shape, depressed women who have given up do the same and see this get paid forward.


My Program:
I get out of bed and as long as I am breathing, I will drag my shrinking buns down the stairs and work out two hours to either turbo jam with 10 pound weights, belly dance with scarves, or hip hop abs. A few days a week I go to the Y and get on the elliptical and pretend im mashing in the faces of anyone who ever said something cruel and stupid to me. Its a wonder I havent had that machine to China and back banged up with dents and frequent flyer miles. I am on Weight Watchers. I am finding what foods will be my new blueprint for life as I watch the pounds go and see an outline of a stomach that I was once proud to have.



Personal Information:
Dont you just love checking out a new gym and have some anorexic scarecrow in anal floss vacantly ask "what are your goals?" I am tempted to say, "I want to bulk up my ass so I have more seating space and a crack large enough to hold luggage", I would love more cleavage on my back, I am dying for a new set of jello-like jowls that flap in the breeze, my earlobes should be bigger so I would have more room to hang that deluxe set of draperies on, could you make these dreams come true for me?


Other Information:
Ever try yoga? Your in the mood for something different on the exercise menu so you go to some granola-breathing instructor who is verbally tying your body up in knots till your belly button is somewhere around your ears. If you can manage this without breaking a tooth or rupturing your ear canal, she gives the next impossible instruction .......now breathe.

    Everyone has a guilty food give in only a little. Dont let those carbs sneak up on you they might not attack just now, but yes eating cakes, pies, and muffins will come back and try to grasp on your mid-section. Always check your waist size my friend
