My goal is to get to a health wt. of 175.Most of all I want to change my thinking about eating...not to use it for comfort or stress relief or emotions. Get rid of stinkin thinking and begin to think truthfully about life's course. Develop alternatives to emotional eating such as what I call "right brain living". Using the R brain, and thinking right (truthfully).
Stop negative bashing when I fail.
Gym 3x a week after 2 weeks into Spring into Summer challenge.
1500/30gm fat diet as much fruit as I want (fruit is free)
Name is Joy. I enjoy grandkids and staying active....even when my body hurts! I don't want it to hurt more, so I am gradually easing into this program. I know I have to lose weight and become active to get healthy and stay that way.
I have had minor difficulties in the past couple of years, so I want to get the weight off and engage the healthy lifestyle that is just that....for life.
