2011 Update: Okay, so 2011 was not my best year! I have to admit that I gained the weight that I lost! The plan for 2012: 1) reset my goals - completed. 2) track what I eat for the next 90 days. 3) exercise at least four times per week for the next 90 days. 4) re-evaluate my goals in 90 days. 5) work on my addition to coffee and limit to only in the am. 6) increase my water intake Okay - Here we go! 2010 Update: I lost ...
2011 Update: Okay, so 2011 was not my best year! I have to admit that I gained the weight that I lost! I managed to keep it off the rest of the year but lost the focus. I know I can do it! This January I started again. I would like to lose 20 more pounds. I lost my mom to cancer 12 years ago. I had promised her I would watch my weight. I have not been able to do that until now. I am finally focussed. My reward this year is a great, relaxing vacation with my family. So good-bye to my last 20 pounds!!!!! Update - It is April 2009 and I am almost half way to my goal. I should be there but the last two weeks have proven to be rough. Today, I start trying to make healthly choices a priority again. Yes, that includes exercising at least three times per week. I know I can do this. Well, it is 2009 and time to make some health changes. My husband and me are working together to help each other. I am using this website as an aid and he is doing the P90X challenge. Wish us luck.

My Goals:
1. Lose 5 pounds by end of January. Lose 10 by the end of February Lose 15 by the end of March Lose 20 by the end of May Lose 25 by the end of June 2. Exercise at least four times weekly. 5. Teach my son about healthly choices. 6. Track my food daily at least 6 times per week.
My Program:
I am tracking what I am eating and trying to exercise three times per week. Exercise including treadmill but also playing soccor, hiking, bike riding with the family. Oh of course, giving up soda,coffee and trying to drink more H20.
