The journey of 1000 miles starts with one step...

Hello everyone! I'm on this journey "for reals" now. I'm ready for change and I'm willing to put in the work. I hope I always feel as motivated as I do right now...but if not, I'm glad to know that I've got all my wonderful spark friends to re-invigorate me!

Food is my addiction and sparks is my AA. As they say in other recovery programs...it only works if you work it...and keep coming back!

My Goals:
I want to be the best I can be. At the weight I've been maintaining, I can't be the best because doing anything is challenging. My main goals for summer are:

* not to gain another pound
*drink 8 glasses of water a day
*begin to learn portion control
*become more active

My Program:
*drink 8-10 glasses of water a day

*60 minutes of exercise 4 times a week (swimming, water aerobics, pilates, zumba...you name it!)

Personal Information:
I am a single first grade teacher that just recently (like this summer) finished up my master's program! I'm ready for change.

Things are going ok. Thanks for asking! I'm at the point now where I'm starting to get bored with the Low Cal food. Nothing sounds good and I just don't know what to make. It's starting to show because I had a minimal loss this weigh in. Hopefully I can get myself back into gear!
