Hi, I'm a 35-year-old SAHM of two little girls. I'm working on finally taking off the last of that pregnancy weight from my last baby two years ago. I'm ready to be that hip Momma I had envisioned instead of this "hippy" Momma :) I'm generally pretty active but not TRULY active and I have a weakness for sweets . . .

UPDATE- I reached my goal weight of 135 on March 30! 23 pounds in three months :) I also started jogging and weight training in March. Now I'm working on ...

My Goals:
To lose 23 pounds.
To exercise and stretch enough that my back pain decreases. Completed! 23 pounds and back pain are gone.

Now working on maintenance and consistent fitness. One month of regular jogging and weight training logged so far!

My Program:
Portion control and calorie counting of healthy food choices. A few holidays and "cheat days" too.

Regular exercise. Cardio three times a week (running between 3.5-6 miles at this point) and weight training three times a week (currently spending about 35 minutes a session and using ten pound free weights).

Personal Information:
We live out West.
