So I've been trying to lose weight almost since I started gaining it. I keep trying, and after a while I just let it go. Now, I am in a better place in my life and ready to deal with the weight I have.

My Goals:
- To get down to 160 lbs.
- To be more in shape
- To have a stronger body core

My Program:
- Walk more often than driving when not working
- Working out 2-3 times a week
- Get myself back onto a better eating program, which includes following my food allergies

Personal Information:
I've been working in media for over two years now, and it's not conducive to a healthy lifestyle. I spend a lot of time at a desk when I work, but I hope to take control of my eating habits and exercise habits.

Other Information:
I'm looking for a buddy in North Edmonton to help push me to do more.
