Hey Karen! Thanks for stopping by my SparkPage and for your well wishes. I am literally bouncing off the walls in my hotel room but I am doing as I was advised and that is to stay off my legs as much as I can so that come tomorrow morning I will be ready to run.

I hope all is well with you and your family. I wouldn't mind if you send me some warm Florida temps...tomorrow's temp at race time a frigid 30 degrees...that is COLD for this southern belle, especially when I was running in 80 degree temps back home in Texas...BRRRR!
