Hi JOURNEY30. I'd like to welcome you to the Rookie Runners team - a team of people who love (or are learning to love) running. There are runners of all levels, from complete beginners to that strange breed that think running 18 miles is a good way to break new shoes in (I'm talking about our fearless leader).

There are all sorts of threads within the team, as well as our main monthly thread, which is always "sticky".
