My goals are to be a healthy 135 - 140 lbs.
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
2. Eat atleast 3 meals daily.
3. Do atleast 20 minutes of exercise a day.
Im getting there by:
1. Daily Prayer & Study.
2. Logging on to Spark atleast 20 mins. daily.
3. 15 mins. of some type of exercise daily.

I decided to live on my own terms. I have worn a mask for so long & hid my feelings that I CAUSED THIS WEIGHT PROBLEM!! My family has always been my top priority; but now I have to be a top priority.
Thanks for the red dancing shoes goodie. One day I'm going to be working those pumps on the dance floor. Worked out this morning and things are going well. Fell off my diet for a couple of days traveling and spending time with my daughter who is leaving for college in the next two weeks. However, this is the best start I have had and I'm going to get this thing done this year and so are you! Have a sparkly day!
