My goals are to be a healthy 135 - 140 lbs.
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
2. Eat atleast 3 meals daily.
3. Do atleast 20 minutes of exercise a day.
Im getting there by:
1. Daily Prayer & Study.
2. Logging on to Spark atleast 20 mins. daily.
3. 15 mins. of some type of exercise daily.

I decided to live on my own terms. I have worn a mask for so long & hid my feelings that I CAUSED THIS WEIGHT PROBLEM!! My family has always been my top priority; but now I have to be a top priority.
Just want to tell you I really enjoyed reading your comment to WritingBlueHawk's blog about her past "friend." You are so wise, and you express your thoughts eloquently. They are words that bear repeating, and I was glad to see them.
Just stopping by to say . I have been getting in some great workouts. Even though I will miss my daughter terribly while she is away at college, I hope to use the empty nester situation to my advantage. I don't have to cook and I can shop for food just for me. With God's help, this is my year to get this weight loss thing done!
How are you doing? You must be gearing up for school. Our hours have changed at school and I am looking at it as a positive. I may be able to use it to my advantage.
