My Goals:
My goals are to be a healthy 135 - 140 lbs.

1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

2. Eat atleast 3 meals daily.

3. Do atleast 20 minutes of exercise a day.




My Program:
 Im getting there by:

1. Daily Prayer & Study.

2. Logging on to Spark atleast 20 mins. daily.

3. 15 mins. of some type of exercise daily.





Personal Information:
Southern Girl all day long....blessed with a wonderful family. Married my first love and we have three beautiful children.

Other Information:
 I decided to live on my own terms. I have worn a mask for so long & hid my feelings that I CAUSED THIS WEIGHT PROBLEM!! My family has always been my top priority; but now I have to be a top priority.

Glad to see you stopped by black girls run. I am hoping to start running 5K consistently in March. Running was the exercise that I used to lose my weight the last time and it really worked. I felt really good after each run too.
