2012 is MY year. I've got dibbs!

I've made new years resolutions year after year. Eat less of this, do more of this, etc...but this year is different. I am set up for success. I have amazing support through a fitness instructor who is very encouraging, a personal trainer who is tough, my friends on facebook and spark, and through co-workers and friends outside of the internet. I have established myself in a morning class every weekday, plus 30-60 min of cardio directly after (per trainer's orders!). I am meeting with my ...

I have amazing support through a fitness instructor who is very encouraging, a personal trainer who is tough, my friends on facebook and spark, and through co-workers and friends outside of the internet. I have established myself in a morning class every weekday, plus 30-60 min of cardio directly after (per trainer's orders!). I am meeting with my personal trainer 3 times a week and only weighing and measuring every 10 sessions. This year is my year. I have chosen to put my past aside. I have decided that this year doesnt belong to anyone else but me. (We can share if you insist lol). I will graduate with my bachelors degree this year and start my masters. I will lose most, if not all of the weight that I am carrying around. I will. This is my year.

My Goals:
Start Weight: 289

Goal by Cruise (1/21/12): Weigh 229 which is loss of 60 pounds total.

Final goal: Between 120 and 135 depending on how I look at that time.

My Program:
A LOT of exercise. Goal is 7 workouts a week though most weeks i'm averaging between 8 and 10 classes 45 minutes in length each.

Its possible. Its not going to happen overnight. It took 10 years to gain this weight and it will take a few years to lose it. Be patient, count a loss as a loss, a gain as a gain, and move on. Don't start over again tomorrow, start over again this minute. Because this minute counts more than you know.
