My Goals:
Just want to get back to where I was weight wise and feel even better than ever.
+ Fit my swimsuits better
+ Have more energy and less stress
+Wear my scuba skin again with no struggle!

My Program:
* Cardio 5x week +30 minutes each
* At least 10 minutes of daily excercise
* Stay in calorie range/log nutrition daily
*7-9 hours sleep every night
*8+ water daily
* at least 60g protein (5x week) and * 5+ fruits/veggies daily


I have found as a PT vegetarian it is hard to keep the protein and carbs up to an acceptable level.
