My Goals:
I'm looking to lose 36 lbs (and get back to my pre-UW weight) by the beginning of December 2014.

Bodyweight pullups by December 2014.

My first Century bike ride in April 2014.

Another half marathon in August 2014.

My Program:
NROL For Women every other day or 3x/wk on a Parabody 425 home gym at the office. Minimal cardio while low-carbing; carb cycling while bicycle training.

Personal Information:
36, 5'2", no kids, sedentary computer programming job. No real time for anything at the moment besides work and whatever exercise I can squeeze in.
