Josie - You have my prayers and encouragement for this journey you are undertaking. All I can say is that always remember it is a marathon - not a sprint. Take it one day at a time. I have found small goals are the most motivating - like finding clothes in my closet that I haven't been able to wear for many years - I am in to them all now. I have found that measurements mean much more than weight loss - although it is rewarding when you can start documenting the actual weight loss, too!
Enjoy each day to the fullest and have fun - do exercise you enjoy doing and it will be a lot easier in the long run! YOU CAN DO THIS! Jamie emoticon
