Hi there... you look good. To have you started with your 8 glasses of water a day. You should find yourself very close to water by carrying a bottle with you. Break the goal into 3 steps first to attain 4 glasses, later 6 and then 8. This is how you can do it.
First thing, early morning drink 2 glasses of water, it really helps you to start the day proud. After that make sure to drink a glass of water before you start having your lunch. Same thing before dinner too.
The above 4 glasses should be a good start for you to achieve in 1 week. Later add one after break fast. One more after lunch. One at snack time. One after dinner. You can add a extra one if you like before you go to bed. See if you break the time it assign the glasses in each slit it makes it easy for you to reach. You can do it..
