Hey, I just read your blogg. Nice acceptance. However what makes you think you are sabbataging? Are you tracking your food? Drinking your water? Moving? Even the slightest changes can bring about results. I have been fighting the same fight for years. I keep trying new things more protein,less carbs,more water, more moving.
I suggest you weight in ever week at the same time and weight in day is either your free day to not work out or eat 1 thing you don't allow yourself between weigh in's. Messure you body. The scale may not be giving you all the answers. Trust me on this My weight is 157 I am 4' 10 and Last fall I was wearing a size 16. I just bought a dress in a size 10. And I pretty much weigh the same. So cut your self some slack. But don't quit. 2043 days ago
