Looking to Lose

Wanting more out of life for my son and me.

My current "words to live by": A goal is something you work towards, not where you start.
Sometimes I forget that my goal isn't going to be met the first day I try. I often trap myself in thinking this way. But I try to remember my words to put it all in perspective. God has gotten me through many things and He is with me in this, too.

My Program:
Drinking mostly water everyday. Eating more fruits and veggies. Eating in moderation. Not eating as many sweets. They are not off limits but I'm very aware that once I start it's hard to stop. I usually wait till the end of the day for a treat but don't do it every day.
I try to walk everyday after lunch for 10-25. I just started T25 (March 24) in the a.m. On the Alpha phase.
