My name is Jo. I like flowers and my favorite color is purple.
This is a new beginning for me. This is not a diet it is a new way of life. I need to be real. I believe I can lose all the weight I want to and I can reach my goals. I haven't really set goals for myself, I've just coasted along or set a goal that was so unrealistic it was doomed to failure. I believe this is a great opportunity to start over. I believe this is going to be a wonderful new and exciting journey.

From what I've learned so far these techniques can be used not just for weight loss, but for many different aspects of my life. I know I have work to do, but who's to say we can't have fun doing it. What is that saying; a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. I'm taking that step because I believe it's a worthwhile journey with a happy ending.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! Seriously, I NEVER paid for an app before, but the SP app is TOTALLY worth it! Even if it didn't have the bar scanner, just having it on your phone and not having to go back and forth to the computer makes it a ton easier! However, it DOES have the bar scanner, and it works great! It's actually kinda fun!

Thanks for the comment on the 100 steps blog. I've been missing the 10000 goal for days now..but really stretching to make 8000...and today am even way below that!!! I am however doing the stairs like crazy...so maybe I can get extra on that which might balance out my lower step count. All you can do is what you can do!! emoticon
