good morning!! How was you day yesterday?

I have to tell someone who will understand: I was so good with my food yesterday. I only ate exactly what I brought with me to the zoo and later in the day stayed in complete control. It has been so long since I have been able to do that. felt great.

I left the team leadership about 3 months ago! I just had too much on my plate. this year has been one heck of a tuff one. I just started logging my food monday. I need to get this extra weight off!
We are going to Maine in Aug as normal. You are always welcome to visit Nj. We have room for you here. Has Mike been working? I know how hard it is to work outside of the house. I hope you find something that works with the kids. How are the kids? Sarah is in 1st grade in the fall? are both girls living with you?
