My Program:
Low fat, low calories. Lean protein, eat more vegetables and less meat. Seafood, turkey and chicken are my favorites. 8 glasses liquids per day. Sugarfree foods where possible.

You mentioned Marks and Spencer's sweets and that is the place I got these biscuits and cookies from!!!! LOL They are super delicious!

26 pounds since 29th December lost?!?! WOW!!! emoticon emoticon That's just awesome! I'm so proud of you!

We will get there, one pound at a time. I'm hoping I lose at least 3 pounds when I weigh myself on 1st March. Not expecting a big loss because of London and the biscuits 2 days ago. But my other days were close to perfect so far, and if I keep at it for the next 14 days, I still should see at least a 3-pound loss on 1st March! Bring it on!!

Hello Jordee, how have you been? Thank you for your message on my BACK FROM LONDON blog a couple of days ago. Thank God, I'm feeling much better today. At least, the pain is manageable.

We went to the phantom of the opera, warner bros' studio tour - the making of harry potter and apart from those 2, we spent A LOT of time shopping in Oxford Street. emoticon We shopped primarily at Primark and Sportsdirect (both are very affordable and the items there are great!)
