I would loooove to be as fat as I was when I first called myself fat (I was perfect)
My goal is to diligently track my food. I'm thinking 1500-1600 calories a day is manageable; albeit, it will take longer to lose - but I need to make this a life-long habit. I also workout for at least 30 minutes everyday. Strength training is a must - especially where I'm over 40.
Happy TGIF - I am soooo ready for 4:30 to get here... from Monday of last week and my computer crashing I am about crazy or crazier.. lol and now computer is back and issues - can not print a freaking invoice and it's month end... oh well - could be worser right ?
