I would loooove to be 160 lbs again someday - this was the weight that made me start SP as I was always around 150 - but now that I'm over 170 lbs - that weight is a great short-term goal. My ideal weight would still be 150 lbs - but in the end, the number doesn't matter so much as the inches and how I feel... right now, I don't feel too good.
LOL... program?? What program? I do a moderate workout everyday, watch what I eat, and gain about 5 lbs a year. :P
Happy TGIF - I am soooo ready for 4:30 to get here... from Monday of last week and my computer crashing I am about crazy or crazier.. lol and now computer is back and issues - can not print a freaking invoice and it's month end... oh well - could be worser right ?
OMG Val, thanks so much for the tips. I laughed though cause first when I started my weight loss journey I started it on DR.Oz realage and used to do her walking videos for 20 minutes on his site and it was a workout that was specific to target belly fat. Odd how things come full circle. I did go to walmart out in the park but didn't see them out there so today I am heading to mumford cause I believe that is where we saw them first, and I already have my wrist weights so I guess now all I have to do is .. get 'er done thanks so much you're a doll
Thanks so much for the tip on the dvds. Oddly enough I have seen them there a dozen times and Wayne actually had pointed them out and had one in his hand but I didn't know much about her so I didn't want to spend the money and it end up being a waste. But now that I know someone else has tried it and liked it I will be heading there this afternoon to pick one up. Glad to see you are still kicking butt!!
