I would loooove to be 160 lbs again someday - this was the weight that made me start SP as I was always around 150 - but now that I'm over 170 lbs - that weight is a great short-term goal. My ideal weight would still be 150 lbs - but in the end, the number doesn't matter so much as the inches and how I feel... right now, I don't feel too good.
What I'd like to do and what I actually do are 2 different things! lol! My ideal caloric intake is between 1400 - 1600 per day. I've been suffering with major digestive problems for the past few years, so I'm checking out the "food combining" method of eating. Since injuring my neck, the main exercise I do is walking workouts and weights. I try to do at least 30 minutes a day. I've been gaining slowly and steadily over the past few years. When I joined SP, I was 160+ lbs, now I'm 173+ lbs (the + is for "give or take"). But it's because I eat too much and sit at a desk all day.
