I looked up some marathons here. I'm trying to decide how much time I would need to prepare. I'm also trying to find someone to enter with me. But if push comes to shove I may have to do it solo.
I printed a plan off the internet on how to get myself to run. I can't wait for it to warm up so I can go jogging at the park! That is my favorite exercise. I do a jog/run for 30 minutes. I'm really excited to get back at that. Not only did I see almost immediate results, but I also felt great!!

I did really well with my eating today! I got in my usual walk during lunch. I'm PLANNING to get up early tomorrow and hitting the treadmill. I hope I don't hit snooze! I just made some cabbage for lunch tomorrow. I use the cabbage instead of lettuce. I'm going to add strawberries and grilled chicken tenders. Mm... LOL!

My weekend is going good. I went over my calories. I have myself a cheat day. So even though I don't do cardio on Sunday, I went for a walk at the park today. I'm going to make sure I stay in my calorie range today and the rest of the week. I officially weigh in tomorrow so I'll post my results. 2006 days ago
