    Great job on the workout and eating!! You still stayed within your calorie range so that gets a emoticon in my book!

    I looked up some marathons here. I'm trying to decide how much time I would need to prepare. I'm also trying to find someone to enter with me. But if push comes to shove I may have to do it solo.

    I printed a plan off the internet on how to get myself to run. I can't wait for it to warm up so I can go jogging at the park! That is my favorite exercise. I do a jog/run for 30 minutes. I'm really excited to get back at that. Not only did I see almost immediate results, but I also felt great!!

    I hope to be able to have your dedication to running one day. emoticon

    I did really well with my eating today! I got in my usual walk during lunch. I'm PLANNING to get up early tomorrow and hitting the treadmill. I hope I don't hit snooze! I just made some cabbage for lunch tomorrow. I use the cabbage instead of lettuce. I'm going to add strawberries and grilled chicken tenders. Mm... LOL!

    How are things going for you? What do you do to train for your marathon?

    My weekend is going good. I went over my calories. I have myself a cheat day. So even though I don't do cardio on Sunday, I went for a walk at the park today. I'm going to make sure I stay in my calorie range today and the rest of the week. I officially weigh in tomorrow so I'll post my results.

    I weigh in officially on Monday. I usually weigh-in as soon as I get up and use the restroom emoticon

    I've lost some weight, but my official weigh-in isn't until Monday. I can't wait!!!

    I'm trying to get back to the walk/jog routine. I saw a LOT of progress when I was diong that. I'm just waiting for the warm weather because I like to jog at the park.

    I got in cardio twice today. And guess what...... I stayed within my calorie range for the second day in a row!!!! I'm so excited. Hopefully I'll really see some progress if I keep this up.

    How are things going for you. How's the marathon preparation going? I need to remember to look up marathons in my area.
