I AM GOING TO BE THE CHANGE I WANT TO SEE IN MY WORLD

I have come to understand that this is going to be harder than I thought because before when i lost weight I focused on just the physical without understanding that the emotional weight was what I needed to address, but i will get there.

Dealing with both will change how I see myself and will determine my success.

I know im in the the right place to do this SP, and im happy to be back, surrounded by those that understand and support will do the same

Hey lady! I know I've been MIA on your page. How have you been?

I'm getting there. I'm making progress with my exercise and seeing where I need to improve on my eating, so I'm happy. At least I'm moving forward!!

Same here! These past two weeks have been hectic for me. Then this week I'm off work for spring break. My eating is great! But my motivation is gone. emoticon

My eating has been really good. Except for the pizza today emoticon

I do weight watchers as well as SP and I planned my cheat day into my points. Plus I've been twice the cardio I should.

I found a weight watchers marathon in Cincinnati and actually got my friend who lives there to agree to do it with me. It's at the end of May. You can walk or run. I think I'll sign up to walk and then try to jog/walk it.

I'm really excited!!! Since next week is spring break and my daughter will be out of town I plan to go to the park and jog each morning. I'll definitely need motivation to make me stick to that. I'm going to try to do it first thing each morning so nothing can get in the way.

I did get up early two days this week and did my cardio. I'm trying to adjust back to doing them in the morning instead of the evening. I seem to watch my eating better that way.
