My eating has been really good. Except for the pizza today
I do weight watchers as well as SP and I planned my cheat day into my points. Plus I've been twice the cardio I should.
I found a weight watchers marathon in Cincinnati and actually got my friend who lives there to agree to do it with me. It's at the end of May. You can walk or run. I think I'll sign up to walk and then try to jog/walk it.
I'm really excited!!! Since next week is spring break and my daughter will be out of town I plan to go to the park and jog each morning. I'll definitely need motivation to make me stick to that. I'm going to try to do it first thing each morning so nothing can get in the way.
I did get up early two days this week and did my cardio. I'm trying to adjust back to doing them in the morning instead of the evening. I seem to watch my eating better that way. 1996 days ago
