I AM going to make this work!!!
PUSH ME!!!!!!!!!! I do well for a while, then fall back off. I was down 35 pounds or so, and have now picked almost all of it back up again. So, starting again. I'm signing up at Planet Fitness and plan to get there at least 5 days a week-every weekday after work at least! I need people to prod me along when I disappear-if you're wiling to give me push now and then, I'll even give you my personal email that goes straight to my phone! I want to get healthy above all else. This is my last ...

My Goals:
My main goal is to just get healthier- eating better, exercising more. I have entered a weight loss goal that will get me down to 150 lbs, but that is not as important to me as getting sugar and blood pressure under control, with fewer or no meds.
My Program:
I'm starting again, new determination, and need people to push me along and encourage me. Am primarily planning to monitor portions and hit Planet Fitness at least 5 days a week.
